School Focused Youth Service
Promotes and supports early intervention programs for young people 10-18 years of age by strengthening links between schools, agencies and the community. Provides access to brokerage funds to projects that address identified services gaps.

Alcohol and Other Drug Rural Outreach Worker
Provide counseling and support for young people 15-25 years of age with drug and alcohol issues. Ensures that young people with a alcohol or drug issues are provided with opportunities to undertake a treatment program. Promote the harm minimization approach and also to support those who have a significant other with a drug problem.

Rural Outreach Diversion Worker
To provide a holistic approach to young individuals with, or at risk of developing alcohol or drug problems and are in contact with the criminal justice system; liaise with staff of Police, Courts and Juvenile Justice Organizations to ensure the provision of appropriate drug treatment services to young people.

Generalist Youth Worker
Providing counseling, advocacy, and support for young people between the ages of 12-21. Generalist youth programs by request and negotiation.

Nexus Coordinator
The coordinator of Nexus oversees the day to day management of the Horsham Youth Centre. As supervisor of the tribal youth team in Horsham, the coordinator works closely with community and service committees in order to implement ongoing youth programs in Horsham and surrounding areas. This position also includes implementing joint ventures with local schools and community groups.

Nexus Project Worker
The Project Worker provides support for young people between the ages of 12 to 21 years in addition to the mentoring, case management and linking to other service providers as needed.
The Project Worker is also a member of the Tribal Youth Team that can deliver specific programs to suit the needs of young people in the community. These may include the facilitation of the Tribal Community Program & educating the community on youth issues and trends.
