Counselling offers the opportunity to talk through issues and ideas, and deal with feelings and experiences, which may be causing difficulties.
This is a free and confidential service. Simply phone or drop in to make an appointment through the intake worker at the Ararat, Stawell or Horsham Campus.

Who Comes to Counselling?
- Individuals of all ages, male and female, couples, families, and carers.
- Duration of session usually lasts one hour although first session may last up to two hours.
- Cost - the counselling service is FREE to those living in the catchment area.
Critical Incident + Mental Health Screening
Our service provides psychological screening and debriefing of individuals and groups following a potentially traumatising event.
