How you can get involved

The first step starts with you.

The staff at Grampians Community Health is committed to community development and support. The following service directory details the programs offered and supported within GCH as well as information on how to access those services. The directory contains a list of programs we offer as well as a comprehensive list of co-located services and information on other groups who use the buildings and resources of GCH.

The ongoing support of individuals and groups within our communities is an important part of the work Grampians Community Health does. Where possible, staff are willing to help with submissions and applications for groups and communities as well as provide access to resources within the Centres to help with ongoing community support.
