Promotes and supports early intervention programs for young people 10-18 years old by strengthening links between schools, agencies and the community. Providing access to brokerage funds to projects that address identified service gaps.
Works with all primary and secondary schools, community agencies and groups, Government departments-local, state, federal and youth related peak bodies.
