Koori Health
Koori Community Development is a project undertaken in conjunction with Budja Budja Cooperative. The project set about organising a range of community building activities such as health information nights and health checks, community newsletter, and liaising with service providers to benefit community members.
The Koori Community Development worker liaises with the Koori Family Violence Support Counsellor to ensure appropriate support and services are available.
The worker is based out at Budja Budja (Grampians Rd, Halls Gap; 53564 751) with an office at GCH Wimmera Street. Contact at either site will ensure that information will be passed on to the Koori Community Development Worker.
