Healthy Lifestyle Holidays

This is a regional program that provides an opportunity for carers and the person being cared for, to have a supported holiday together facilitated by Carer Support Workers from Central Grampians, Central Highlands and Wimmera Carer Respite Centres.

Professional staff are available for all care needs.

Activities on the holiday include canoeing, massage, entertainment, relaxation sessions and bushwalking.

Holidays are held within the Grampians region at this stage.

Frequency of the holidays are subject to funding.
