Community Health Nurse
The primary focus of the Community Health Nurse is the healthy well being of individuals and groups with management, education, and prevention as their goal. The Community Health Nurse services the Northern Grampians Shire with clinics and outreach services available. Individual consultation and a range of health and wellbeing resources are available.
Health Promotion
- Provision of resources for community groups, schools, and other health services and rural areas
- Talks to groups on health and wellbeing topics of choice
- Information available on services offered within our region
- Assistance in starting and facilitating support groups
