Care at Home

The Care @ Home Program offers home based attendant care, personal care, home maintenance and respite within the Central Grampians Sub Region and is provided by an established team of skilled and experienced Attendant Carers

The service is designed to ‘Bridge the Gap’ for those people who need assistance with daily living tasks.

The service also offers respite for those who act as primary carers for others.

Workers have a range of skills and training, and are supervised by an experienced co-ordinator, to ensure the best fit between worker and client. All Attendant Carers have been chosen for their ability to be adaptable and responsive to the needs of those they are assisting. The Care @ Home program adheres to all quality assurance policies of Grampians Community Health.
